*Sigh* Okay maybe I am still waiting on the steak and I polished off leftovers, and that does not mean I am giving up on dark greens during the summertime it just sucks that my only dinner "parties" are with my parentals and the sun, mostly.

Gonna have to cite The Paleo Problem (and Solution) for this one; 2nd ed is just as good as the first, for wholly, entirely different reasons. The author is still Robb Wolf (of robbwolf.com fame, if not podcasting).
